I just want to say "Thank You" for this great Linux Distribution. I tried it on my mother's old computer (AMD K6-200, 64 MB Ram) and it worked fine. I really like the concept of Puppy. How many old computers are thrown away every year or just rotting in the attics of people's homes? For the average user who just wants to do some office work (and not video editing, homerecording or high-end computer games) Puppy is really great. Hopefully many people will discover this nice operating system. Benedikt

Puppy's design is easy switch for Windows users

Differences beween Windows and Linux:

* The file structure
* Mounting and unmounting drives
* Much free software. All the software with Puppy is free
* None of that virus, trojan, spyware stuff
* Linux is secure, reliable and improves rapidly

If you are still using Windows

'Get used to Puppy software such as Mozilla Firefox, SeaMonkey, Opera, Abiword, Gaim, Dia and Sodipodi by using the Windows version.
