choose ink type (Black, RGB, Black+RGB, Black+more colors)
choose interface (parallel, USB, serial)
the info appears, that you can manage your printer with the printer management programm XPDQ or PDQ
XPDQ appears. Ready!
How to find XPDP again?

Point 7: Internet through DHCP
I will only describe the short way to connect with the Internet through a LAN hub and a hardware router giving DHCP connection because it is the only one what I can really test without to rebuilt completely my work place! And I will only describe short the most direct way...
You have to procede to a "setup". For English speakers, no problem! I only indicate the way for the translations into other languages because the user dialog are in Puppy all in English!
TRY IT:
click right mouse key on the desktop
click on "setup" (in 3rd position at the top)
click on "Ethernet/network Wizard (in the middle, after the Modem Wizard under the already used Printer wizard)
click on the option key "eth0"
click on the option key "Test eth0"
the actual windows appears again and indicates in the 3rd line, directly under the title, the result of the test. I hope for you "An alive internet cable is plugged in"
click on the next option key "Auto DHCP". After a certain delay, your PC gets an dynamic IP from router and the success message "NETWORK CONFIGURATION OF eth0 SUCCESSFULL"
click on the "Exit" key!
For a lot of users, the PC is now "ok" under Puppy Linux and can be used as your Microsoft Windows system!
