TuxType2 is a nice videogame that wants to teach the kids to type the keyboard and, at the same time, to improve the ability to read letters and short, medium, long words. It has a practice section to learn typing the keyboard with ten fingers and another section with Tux which has to fire phasers to letters and words falling down from the sky.
