ZynAddSubFx is a Music Synthesizer that allows a user to create their own music (Includes many instruments by default. It's also possible to add instruments files from other sources). A midi keyboard can also be connected to a user's PC or the user can use the onscreen keyboard and record their music to their PC's Hard Drive.
