Privacy enhancements:
	- Avoid products and services that have been reported to violate privacy: Google, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Skype and others
	- Use encrypted search engines: [[https://ssl.scroogle.org/]], [[https://www.startpage.com/]], [[http://duckduckgo.com/ duckduckgo only keeps searches for 48 hours]]
	- Use encrypted, anonymous network connections: [[Tor]], OpenSSH, [[HighVIP]]
	- Use file encryption and secure file deletion: [[pupCrypt]]
	- Use partition encryption: TrueCrypt

Often you can block unwanted content and the page still works fine. To block copy list below to /etc/hosts
